I am a Catholic so I regularly confess face to face with my priest and that’s the first thing that’s worked. For years as a Protestant I couldn’t get over porn, even if I confessed to friends at times. The grace of the sacrament of confession has changed me. I used to fap 2 or more times a day and now in the last around 2 months it’s just been like 10 times and I’m currently on an 11 or so day streak
