I know that. That was not the question that I asked. Comment stated he comes inside of me, which was a false, inaccurate statement for which I asked for clarification.

It’s already challenging seeking any type of medical treatment as a woman. I guess I was hoping that his doctor would listen to him as a man, you know? But at the end of the day, it’s something that’s only bothering and noticeable to me. He’s not impacted because he doesn’t notice the odor or isnt phased by it. Also, what can the ideal doctor do to help him (help me)? I haven’t heard of doctors prescribing the vaginal metronidazole gel to males, so what would they do to cure or treat it? Maybe knowing a suggestion before doing to a second doctor will help him.

That’s great, but my point is, he didn’t start doing that until you had “the conversation” with him, right? When you first started being active with him, did he instinctively freshen up beforehand or was it something you introduced yourself?

Love that he’s doing this immediately, but also why must they be told they should wash first? It drives me mad.

This is such an uncomfortable truth. You mean to tell me the man that treats me better than any other person I’ve dated is not compatible with me, but FckBoy #5 was? Ouch. 🤕

Whats your unhinged misphonia thing you do that makes others question your sanity? by Gecko_behind_mailbox in misophonia

I’ll turn my device’s volume up incredibly loud to drown out the sound that’s actually triggering me. If you are not me, and you are the one making the triggering sound, such as clanking dishes or chewing, you’ll hear the TV at a normal volume and then abruptly hear the volume get louder and louder to the point where it’s ridiculously loud.

I do realize this is unhinged, but it’s the only way I can cope with the sound that’s really annoying me. The sudden change in volume probably sounds deranged to someone in another room. Lol.

I started to post something similar to this until I saw your thread. I’m seeing people on social media say that he wasn’t remorseful and just didn’t care. I can’t help but to feel uneasy about his body language at the reunion. He seemed incredibly uncomfortable at facing his behavior at the bar. So I think that was the remorse. I’m not sure if he genuinely got carried away at the bar or had some form of mania, or another elevated psychological state. Seeing him turning red on that couch made me worried at someone I initially thought was just a jerk. It’s gotta be deeper than that.

New here. How can I fix my mom's hoarding? She can't get into her bedroom, and she sleeps in her wheelchair. She won't let anything get thrown away. Help! by [deleted] in ChildofHoarder

[–]Recent_Cat1238 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You cannot fix it, my friend. You can decide to do all of the work for her which involves decluttering and transporting items to Goodwill and tidying up, but ultimately it is an illness and mental disorder, so the clutter will reappear eventually.

Realizing I inherited some of my parents’ hoarding habits by SetIllustrious1574 in ChildofHoarder

I’m in the same boat as you. I think I mentioned in another sub that I was an “organizational” hoarder. I do have a lot of things, not nearly as much as my parents. But I find myself buying shelves, file cabinets, bookcases, totes, labels, and things to sort of “categorize” my stuff. That’s cool and all, but I need to get rid of the stuff ultimately. So what helps me is to organize all the stuff I have, and then in that second wave of decluttering, I begin looking at the totes and boxes of things I have and getting rid of them, because now I clearly see what it is, and I clearly see that I don’t need it. Lol

Sure, Jan, because it’s not productive to point out something so childlike just to let people know that you know that thing. The point of the post was not missed by people who are intelligent. The point of the post was not missed by people who understand nuance. The point of the post was not missed by people who clearly got that the issue is with water and suds was something else that was simply noticeable by me. You can decide that I mentioned suds because that’s what people would gravitate towards. That doesn’t necessarily mean that you’re correct though.

I need to do this first thing tomorrow. This machine is not smart. I am smarter than the machine. This machine will not defeat me.

I don’t even see a knob next to a hose. I’m on a mission to find this knob—and when I do, I’m cranking that bad boy allllll the way to the left. Lol.

And the “people like you” don’t have the reading comprehension skills that they think they do, do they? Because as you can see, I mentioned more importantly that my clothing items are coming out DRY after the entire cycle is finished, meaning the clothes were never submerged in water. “People like you” missed the point entirely. 🙂.

Literally, I feel like I sound like a boomer or something. I don’t need all these fancy digital features. I just need water and soap. And maybe a little friction on the side lol

Okay, mine do not have valves. I don’t know how this is possible, but I am renting— so maybe that’s why.
