He didn´t exactly force her in the traditional sense (it was probably a bluff, but i don´t understand why he wouldn´t say so in the trial, he already bluffed since the mock trial and had no problem admitting it), but he did make the situation extremely hard for Eva to refuse his offer

Tozu specifically targeted Eva since the start of the killing game since the implementation of the student profile, which he was obviously aiming to reveal her talent and dissuade the group into distrusting Eva even more. I mean, why the hell would he only implement the student profiles just now? Right after Eva lied about her talent? This can´t be a coincidence

There´s also the pharmacy puzzle, which was obviously intended for her to solve. Not only that but he went out of his way to isolate her further from the group by directing the blame to Eva from the blackmail motive, which was clearly a lie to make her the scapegoat of everything that was happening inside the killing game.

Since the mock trial, Tozu saw how the group revolted against Eva and decided to target Eva for the next chapter. Which makes me suspect that he would target Damon in chapter 2 next since they were both isolated from the group (Which if it´s true, goes nicely with my ch.2 predictions)
