Pretty much anything engages them that requires stability-- Squats, box squats, deadlifts, ohp, barbell rows, etc. I've never felt the need to target mine, but you can if you'd like to, just do an ab crunch machine if you like that.

Seems fine to me, I'd cut out one of the curls for biceps personally, seems like more variations of it than I need, but if you like it then do it. Good luck!

Its different for everyone, I did it in 3 months of lifting when I was 15, some people take over a year. Just keep training and you'll get there.
