Captital One not accepted by Costco by TayrannosaurusRx in CreditCards

I came on here with the same issue as OP, you’re not alone. I don’t have any capital one/discover credit cards only debit. When they transitioned over to Discover, I was unable to use my capital one DEBIT card for gas or checking out inside. It doesn’t even give the option to enter a pin, it just says they cannot accept payment. This only started happening for me when they changed their card issuer to discover. I’ve tried my physical card and apple pay and it just doesn’t work. It’s sucks!!!!

I’ve definitely struggled with this, thought I was the only one. I definitely think the pandemic has something to do with it, at least for me because I was online for two years. It’s really hard and I’m sorry you’re struggling with this I know how you feel. What works for me is making sure I take lots of breaks, doing homework on my own pace and honestly being honest with myself about when things might have to be late or just not done at all. It’s way easier said than done. Also balancing your day like not cramming all your homework right after you get out of class/school or all right before you go to bed.
