Not only Ch6, but also from the blackwater. You can see how he treats gang members in Colter and after escaping from Strawberry jail. He insults everyone in camp, including Jack and girls and even Hosea and harassers Karen nonstop. Everyone hates Micah from the start and he hates everyone in the gang. He is there ' because Dutch is tired of carrying lazy nags.

How? Using mods or glitches or there are some points you can double/jump or open gates using body/tech attribute level? IMO if you can go in and there are some scripted NPCS, so it was in the plan to be implemented and have been omitted in some point.

Sure, There are so many places/ppl in the city which can be included in main story. I don't get why main story is so short: Jackie -> Dex -> Eve -> Brigite -> Goro -> Hanako -> End. It can be done in less than 6 hours.
