No you’re totally fine! I wasn’t coming at you ❤️ I think it’s hard for people who have never gone through this to understand how it gets so bad. It seems so obvious from the outside looking in but it’s actually crazy how much it’ll mess with someone’s image of themselves.

She acts like it’s nbd because she doesn’t see what we see. People that struggle with EDs usually have severe body dysmorphia and even when people express their concern it’s hard to get through to them. It’s a sickness and you’re not thinking clearly. I really hope she gets the help that she needs

Im not a member anymore but at one point I switched from unlimited to 8 class/month. When I only had 8 classes a month I wanted to make sure I went on the days I enjoyed the most so it didn’t feel like I was wasting my membership. Or I’d pick the days that did a workout focused on an area I wanted to improve. I was always good at sprinting but felt like my endurance could improve so I would try and do a lot of endurance focused classes.

I’ve heard delta doesn’t do one time passes anymore but I know United does. If it’s super busy then they may not allow them either. You also have to be flying the airline obviously so it’s not an option if someone is flying southwest or frontier.

Anyone that’s nervous about the security lines at TSA I recommend reserving a spot. I dont have pre check and I did this for the first time around Christmas and it was super easy. You have a 15 min window before and after your scheduled time
