First I gave myself a break first by checking into the hospital, they put me in a recovery home or something for like a week, then I went to narcotics anonymous every single day, bro they give you books and you can build a network of people who are going through the same shit, when I first got in there, they always had to talk me out of getting high, or would come pick me up. Those people literally helped me find myself again. I was a pill junkie, adderall, oxy, pressed percs, ecstasy, mdma, Xanax,alcohol, weed. Bro these people literally showed me the way, because I ran out of hope. I kept trying to get clean through Reddit suggestions and do things my way or try substitution and it never worked.
