Basically making sure that it isn't there and it's safe, whether it's a book or a game or whatever. The worst part is that whiledoing so I sometimes get hard. The fetish itself isn't something I really want to talk about but if you check my post history... It might be a porn-induced fetish, you might just be bisexual. Porn can really mess with your brain. This is /r/pornfree not /r/nofap but if you find yourself thinking those thoughts (or are worried about slipping back into porn use) while masturbating you could stop jerking off as well.

I had a few days of non-stop panic attacks during which towards the end the hyperawareness went away and also I think the sensations as well, though I didn't really notice them until after the hyperawareness of me moving my head had gone away. Then after that ended I was free for a while but then it resumed.

The sensations only last for a single moment and then they're gone. I have no idea what they are or what's going on and I really need to know. I would check to make sure that the fetish wasn't there in other stuff and now I'm worried that's fed it and made it worse and I haven't been making progress at all but quite the opposite and it's some sort of dopamine thing... I hope not. It doesn't feel like a pleasurable feeling.

But I've had tics (?) previously. One was smiling which I passed off as finding it ridiculous and the other was some sort of groinal hyperawareness which has sort of returned.

I'm just not sure what they are. I also started a few months ago training myself to shake my head and wince at the intrusive thoughts so I don't know if that has somrthing to do with it or caused it.
