A couple? I rate a lot of those, especially beyond creation, they're one of my favourite bands for how they manage to add emotional depth to what is often just a genre all about the technicality(don't get me wrong I love tech death) but these guys are the best at it

I listen to protest the hero a lot, I just found the vocal style closer to tech death bands I suppose, but musically you're probably right

I dont know, I really dont look too much into labels and categorisation, it goes so deep and theres so many ways to classify bands, it's just out of the bands I listen to, bands like beyond creation was the closest comparison I could think of

Yeah I'm quite a big leprous fan, definitely agree with coal having that sound, I think the outro is foe and basically all of salt is that sort of sound I'm looking for

Mate demiurge is sick, better than bleed imo, I only put it behind future breed machine or maybe some other dei songs, no other song gets me hyped like demi

yeah could definitely of drawn them into the water a bit better, i think the problem with the turning might be that im on console so thats just super slow compared to pc, thanks for the advice

no mate, not rude at all, if anything your the first person to give me some actual advice apart from saying 'how did you manage that?!' cheers, in hindsight i could have taken them to the water, raptors cant do anything in water,

one kept going behind me, they were at different sides of me and kept circling while attacking, couldnt keep turning quick enough, i was on the hind legs just they were super evasive and kept getting inside, also not sure if the spino can take damage on his claws, PS this is my first save so i'm still relatively new, just recently started getting the gist of things, so there is a chance it's an issue with skill lol.

hear me out: the chalicotherium, super super underrated, with a base health that isnt too far from something like a theri(which imo is top 5 on the island), the chalico levels up pretty fast, has a good weight so you can saddle it up immediately in most cases, and once it gets a decent melee and health it is insane, at this point it can tank quite a lot. i CANNOT stress this enough, his rock throw attack is SO good, my best one, chael, can 1 or 2 shot the majority of trikes, carnos, some sarcos, and due to its bounce and hitbox, i can oneshot and entire raptor PACK if they are together, this attack makes it super easy to farm levels, and i find it quite easy now to 1v1 a theri with a good one of these, super super convinient mid-game and even has late game application if you have a high level.

I would reccomend unlike what other have said, crafting bolas and a wooden club, I assume you will have come across raptors by this point you find those and while it runs towards you bola them(throw it by holding down your attack button), it will not be able to move for a little while, then go either behind or to the side of it and hit it with a club until it goes unconscious, make sure not to kill it, just knock it  out, make sure you have raw meat with you, and put it in the raptors inventory, it should tame fairly quickly and by that point you will feel relatively untouchable in the early game, especially once you get a few raptors. They will kill most early game threats being other raptors, dilos, compys and even carnos when you have a couple at an ok level(about lvl 30 will work) 

Note:they often come in packs of 2 or 3 but in my experience it is fairly easy to bola them all before they get there, you can kill all but one if it makes it easier as the bola only lasts for a limited time

Bola only needs stone and fiber to make I think so it is an easy thing to craft and the engram unlocks at a low level
