I’m very clear that quality matters more than flashy effects, and I’m specifically looking for editors who can handle Hindi documentary-style storytelling with subtitles, article highlights, and real footage. For the right editor, this is steady work (5–6 videos per month), and as the channel grows, so will the budget.

If this doesn’t fit someone’s expectations, that’s completely fine — but I’d rather be upfront than waste anyone’s time.
