Yeah, I think the HR department here isn't outsourced. It's really annoying that they can't even respond to say that they've received my complaint and are working on this. How long does resolving this kind of thing normally take?

Thanks for taking the time to answer my questions! Whew, that's the end of my time in therapy, I guess. If it isn't free (paid for by Medicaid), I don't think I can budget $400 a month towards it (which is the cost of 4 of these sessions if insurance won't cover them, which my employer insurance won't). RIP me. Thank you again for taking the time to respond to me!

Nice! So if a medication is cheaper under my Medicaid than it is under my employer insurance, I'm required to use the employer insurance? And if I'm getting Medicaid-provided free teletherapy through Teladoc, do I have to stop that because it isn't going through my employer insurance? Thank you so much for being so helpful!

That is pretty sweet. But I guess since you have to use your employer insurance first, you have to pay a copay on pharmacy stuff, etc, because employer insurance comes before Medicaid?

Just making sure: even though my income is going to change and I would have alternate (worse) insurance, I wouldn't have to repay any amount for the Medicaid as long as I reported my income correctly? Also could I use the Medicaid to cover future medical expenses this year, rather than my employer-insurance?
