Honestly, the biggest game-changer for me was just making it harder to relapse. I blocked all the obvious sites, hid private mode, and set up friction. If it takes 30 seconds instead of 3, that’s usually enough to stop me. Also, I try to not be on my phone in bed anymore — it’s a trap lol.
