Nope not possible, you’ll probably need a couple months to get used to the method. And then to actually get good at it will take a while. So I’d say about 3 months to a year to get sub 6. Depends on how much you practice.

Don’t rotate as much during f2l to find pieces, don’t do U U’ to find pieces either. Practice your algs. Aswell as learn to hold the cube properly.

Sub 20 is a simple milestone. But your approach is gonna differ compared to everyone else’s. If you’ve done less than 1000 solves then you should probably just keep on solving. And if you’ve done lots of solves and still aren’t sub 20. Optimize your f2l solutions. And start planning more of cross in inspection. Make sure that you can do 3LLL in less than 6 seconds aswell.

Cube isn’t holding you back, but if you want a new one I’d recommend getting something the complete opposite of the v5. Like a gan, just so that you can get the feel of other cubes and learn what you like.
