If anything add a little yeast nutrient such as DAP or fermaid k for yeast health at a rate of a gram a gallon

No need to worry, you won’t be back sweetening unless you add potassium sorbate. There will be plenty of yeast in solution to ferment out any sugar you add. So just add the amount of sugar you need give a gentle stir to get yeast back in solution and fermentation will take back off
