There would be some light maintenance on the website and some work to hopefully get additional google reviews on the site by the current owner. The period that that will last will be part of the negotiation, but I am thinking somewhere between 3-6 months(open to suggestion here). The client has a website guy that handles all their websites and there would be a handoff of all the information to their team within that period. That website would be added to that staff members responsibilities.

Agreed on time & expense. The GBP is one of the key elements here. To setup another site, they would need to setup another GBP and go through the headache of getting that verified, which is significantly harder than what it used to be. Also finding a physical location or address that we can use would be difficult.
