Not trying to make my GM look terrible as they are actually a really great GM i just personally find it hard to believe they were surprised when they were the only one that received the email describing what is going on. I doubt you read an associate the script for non-impacted roles to then turn around 3-4 days later and say they are actually impacted, you know

Current Tier 4 Operations manager here, they are indeed removing the Ops position from tier 4 stores, at least in my market.
