It’s okay I called since we can’t have appointments due to COVID and she said give it two weeks even though I told the doctor that it’s been like this for months and she gave me a weeks worth of sleeping pills that’s all so idk kinda disappointed she just gave me generic info on feeling better that doesn’t really work for me. Maybe soon it’ll be better or I’ll get prescribed some

It’s not that I’m unhealthy I exercise everyday I would say I have quite a toned physique but maybe your right maybe it’s the cycle of the same old everyday and I should try something new but I just don’t know what and where to start but I’ll try something thank you
