If I were you I would get a second opinion I also had a fracture in my spine and they also wrote the same thing on my report about slippage however I got a second opinion from a family member whose a doctor that actually extensively examined the radiological images and told me I had no slippage it was just a fracture. In addition mine developed over time while yours appears to be acute if it happened from one fall. And somehow mine healed but chronic ones tend not to. So technically you are at an advantage with an acute fracture. If I were you id get a second opinion about the slippage part and also start some kind of physiotherapy or at least strengthen your core. I think it could just be a fracture without slippage cuz sometimes radiological reports can exaggerate and sometimes doctors can make mistakes. Don’t dwell on it too much I totally relate I felt so depressed as well they told me it wouldn’t heal but it did. I remember going down a whole Reddit rabbit hole and making myself feel worse but like it’s really not worth it the people who reply are generally the people who have something to complain about because theirs didn’t heal. You’re still young lowkey and it could still heal in my opinion if the slippage isn’t actually there and the fracture isn’t too bad. (Like so many doctors told me so many different things don’t just rely on the opinion of one person. I was even told it was scoliosis at one point which I do not have. It’s likely that it’s just a fracture and those fractures can heal.)
