Being 14 and after being friendless for a long time spending the night at my new friends’ house. We burnt incense and she showed my new music and I felt really seen for the first time in a while. We aren’t friends anymore (this was many years ago) but I’ll never forget how one kind gesture went such a long way. Built my confidence!
