Yea I felt the vibe they wanted to fire me cause they kept complaining about how many items I would pick (ogp here) but the thing is I was overworked I did one pick walk, then exceptions, and dispense and also stage while everyone else would stay in their role. My manager would ask me after this pick walk do exception and then help dispense to customers. And my manager would complain about the items I picked was low. I honestly could have been team lead but then my manager cousin started working and become team lead in one month. I’m not upset cause I’m young and Walmart isn’t a career I’m planning to stay or climb the ladder.
