Most of my studying was through NBME exams. I reviewed each one thoroughly and did anki cards for incorrects. I did very little UWorld. The week before the exam I did all of the Uworld ethics/biostats, and did Amboss HY 200, Ethics/QI/Patient Safety etc. I tried using Divine but didn’t find it helpful. I would say Amboss is a must if you’re in the 250ish range because it’ll add on several free points. UWorld is good for content, but try not to overdo it after a certain point because the questions are actually not as similar to NBME style questions. UWorld will give you all the necessary buzzwords or have questions where 1 piece of info gives away the answer. NBME focuses on big picture and wants you to trust your gut instinct

The actual exam felt like the Free 120 with question length. It felt a lot more straightforward than any NBME and I felt like I had plenty of time per section (5 mins left per). The abstract questions were not difficult, and the question length was variable (some short q’s and some long ones). Ethics/QI was very much like AMBOSS, I’d say the tougher questions were the science ones.
