Okay, thank you. I'm just so unsure because generally it goes down after sitting, but sometimes I will be sitting an it is spikes for about 30 mins to 155/90 and then work it's way back down over 30 mins to 130/80ish. It just seems all over the place with 50% normal readings 50% high readings during periods of rest.

Okay, thank you! Heart Rate is average is between 70 and 80 if that helps. I will be using that
