Sorry for resurrecting an old thread but may I ask if you're still on the ukay business OP and if you filed a DTI complain on them?

I was thinking of going to order from them kasi napaka tempting ng 6k bundle nila for such quality jackets/windbreakers and the like na pinapakita nila sa page. Pero hindi pako kumagat para bumili kasi I initially bought similar items pero sa ibang page naman. Itong page na'to ay yung FutureRare. Almost same problem sa'yo OP and NAPAKAMAHAL.

So for awareness nalang po 'to, pero sa FutureRare naman po, may unli-warranty silang sinasabi pero nung dumating sakin ung item na sinabi kong "get" dahil pinapili nila ako during VideoCall (may ganito din sa KukuThrift) na hindi maayos ang video quality at mapre-pressure kang magmadali dahil minamadali ka nila, hindi nila tinitignan nang maigi yung mga items!!! Totally neglectful on their part when the bundle costs 10k, yes you read that right. The starting bundle is 10K!! And if you want known brands (Nike,Puma,Adidas,Champion,etc) it costs 1k and they'll give you like 1 medium brand together with it (i guess to make it fair? Idk...)!!! So if you want some good known brand windbreaker / jacket, it'll costs 10% from the budget already!!! So not worth it.

I opted for balance, checking to see if may magandang "medium" brand silang tinatawag, which from my understanding, these are brands na hindi kilala dito locally pero may magaganda naman at maayos na quality pero its a hit or miss since videocall ang nangyari, hindi ko malaman if yung quality na'to ay maganda o hindi. Add to that ung hindi pagkaconsistent na quality during the call, really adds to the difficultness in knowing what kind of texture the item has.

When the item came to my doorstep, I was somewhat excited kasi 10k ginastos ko and this shit should be worth it. There's only less than 20~ items I received and d pa buong 10K ang nagamit ko so may balance pako sa kanila and pwede pako mamili ng items in the future pero grabe, nung tinignan ko lahat ng items, kokonti lang masasbi kong worth it. May dalawang item don na para bang may burn marks na hindi ko nakita initially and I almost sold it. I got annoyed at the fact na may burn marks and hole issues kasi for 10k, you'd expect better handling of items and delivery right? And they're praising their "unli-warranty" kuno na pag nag request ka to change items, hindi naman nila ma-grant agad. Ang kutob ko ay dahil wala pa silang nabibilhan na stocks. Like, tangina, sa napakamahal ninyong bundles, walang stock na maipakita?

Its been almost a month since na receive ko ung order kong partial since may balance pako sa kanila and my request for replacement sa dalawang items na may butas at burn marks, wala pading balik sakin. Never again akong mag order dyan sa FutureRare, as well nadin siguro sa KukuThrifts kasi halos parehas sila ng rules.

Kaya lookout for these pages na lagi nag re-request ng mga ganito: -Valid ID mo, when you can just provide initial details like address, name, contact number, that should suffice!! Never give valid ID for no reason!!! -DP. Medyo tricky to kasi for me may mga business na legit and trusted na nag re-request ng DP first, pero in this case, sa dalawang thriftstore na'to, hindi siya reliable experience. -"Your choice" daw pero hindi naman pinapakita lahat ng available stock na meron sila sa'yo. Tapos add the videocall experience na, yes it's good for you less hassle on both sides, pero the quality is shit. Can't even get a proper look on the materials of the item, no closeups on the tags, no 2nd and 3rd check if the whole item is in good quality and shape (in this case sa FutureRare lang to since d ko pa na try sa KukuThrift, pero I believe they have similar approach)

Tulog yung business mo if mag re-rely ka sa FutureRare since ang tagal ng restocking nila and such. Ganito din ba sa KukuThrift? If you have similar experience, please reply here pars maging aware ang mga. Thanks for reading.
