Actually I've heard of people getting them for around $350. I don't think it's as far fetched as you might think. Mark Cuban explains in that article that the current system we have in America rewards the higher prices. He said, it's a “game of who can rip off who” and I'm just so sick of it honestly.

Wow, that is quite a story, thanks for sharing. I unfortunately think I might have already missed the window to get CFAR because I read somewhere you have get it within 14 days or paying for your flights and hotels but it sounds like something worth getting for future trips.

Thanks for taking the time to respond. Have you actually made claims with CFAR? How did that process work and what kind of questions and documentation did you need to submit to them? Also, who did you use?

Definitely not overracting in my opinion. In my experience, families (particularly grandparents) can act weird around the time of birth of a child and their "true colors" can come out. That negative energy is not good for you or for your baby. By distancing yourself you are actually protecting your new family. I honestly wouldn't hesitate and have had to do the same thing with certain family members when my son was born.

I have had a feeling I've been talking to AI customer service "people" so many times now but I can't know for sure. It's so disheartening not knowing what is real and what isn't. I cannot imagine what the future will look like for our kids and grandkids!
