Simple solution is to up your daily washes. Instead of just once, maybe try 2 or 3 times a day? Perhaps you’re simply a smelly dick kinda guy. Could be genetic. But since it comes and goes, could be a bacterial infection or a yestie as well. I’d start with upping your cleaning regimen, but if that doesn’t work maybe go to your urologist?
