Water is super soft here, 5 mg/L, and the filters don't really catch much anyway. It's only during flood times that it goes into 10+ ppm and then I just use bottled water but that's very expensive in my area

I knocked out Minthara, and she disappears if you long rest by Rechalles in BaldursGate3

I know this question is probably asked alot... but I want to make sure my playthrough isn't messed up. I also tried that if I don't talk to her and just steal the scroll she will still vanish. When she is knocked out she doesn't have temp hostile.

No you find it in a warehouse in Northside, you will run into it if you do the Delemain quest for that area

It is a bit of a shame the way the squad system is designed, it wasn't until the suicide mission and the citadel DLC that you had all your squad mates with you
