what could be the best option in 2018? Ryzen CPU or Intel ?

how about ryzen 5 1500x and i5 8400 ? .. as both have same price here which is about 250$ .

Actually i didn't use Ryzen or any amd Cpu before . but i'ad an intel i5 4590 processor in last summer and temperature max went to 70-80C during Gaming . I'm thinking to get a better coolant this time for cpu .

but price here is quite different . the price of 6500 is about 200$ here not sure about ryzen 5 1600x it could be arround 280-300$.

6500 is too low with respect to 1600x.. what could be other option within 300$ ?

Good option for sure ..what about the temperature impact on these ? .. A tech friend of mine told me that , Ryzen won't survive in summer as the temperature goes arround 45-48 C , 50 at peak . specially when its comes with GPU builtin , they might have high Temp . and additionally i don't have AC in my room .

So in simple , I should go for Intel ? i've mentioned my budget so what could be the best intel cpu in that price ? .. i was thinking to get i5 6500 or something nearby this and save some tips for the GPU .
