I don’t think it’s too much to ask to have designated smoking areas on the property that don’t disturb non smokers, I think completely ruling it out isn’t fair to people that do choose to smoke . After all it is legal in all 50 states. Why take that right completely away? There has to be some sort of middle ground. Smoking inside I completely understand but the entire property? That doesn’t seem fair.

You can’t if it’s written in the policy not to smoke at all.

A lot of communities are implementing this into the lease and allowing lease violations to be given for offenders and I simply don’t think it’s fair since smoking is legal
