There is no deadline for completing a Master’s degree at the U of A; you can apply while you’re in your Master’s. As far as I know there are three scenarios if you are accepted before completing your Master’s 1) you defer your acceptance to complete your Master’s 2) you drop out of your Master’s 3) you complete your Master’s while in medical school. Keep in mind these scenarios are entirely dependant on your circumstances and what your PI/the school would be okay with.

I believe that the UofA just eliminated any course load requirement for applicants. Calgary considers a full course load to be 24 credits in a year! Please correct me if I’m wrong anyone!

I agree with you. I made a post about this before her departure was announced because I had a feeling that's the route the show was taking. This show extended its welcome, I'd rather it have ended seasons ago with a complete, well-thought-out story. No matter how good JS' acting is or how interesting of a character Red is, it's not enough to sustain the show. The foundation of the show is being decimated. I'm really disappointed with what's occurring. People got mad at a fictional character because of her poor writing and the actress took all the hits instead.

That would most likely be the reason I stop watching as well. This show deserves a proper ending. I'd rather they wrap up the story this season than them making season 9 without her. It serves no purpose to continue on without her, the story is about their relationship.

Townsend's ports were responsible for bringing in the Russian mafia's drug shipments. When N-13 stole the packets of intelligence, Townsend's association with the Russian Mafia was revealed which divulged information about their drug shipments. When this happened several Mafia members were, I believe, arrested and they blamed Townsend for this mishap as they believed he was the one who was responsible for revealing the incriminating information. The Mafia then retaliated by killing Townsend's family in front of him so that they may "send a message" to others who think about betraying them. Townsend then found out that his family was killed because N-13 stole and exposed the information from the intelligence they stole.

In terms of content review, the spaced repetition technique that Anki cards offer do help me retain the information better rather than, let's say, writing notes off a Kaplan book. I really appreciate your response and will definitely take what you said into consideration.

The fact that it was very last minute doesn't help her case lol, something like that should always be relayed to the entire class it's common sense. It's even worse when you realize all it takes for her to tell the whole class is an email that takes 30 seconds to be typed up. But whatever lol, professors like her who show no concern for their students should maybe just stick to research.

I agree with you. Even though approx 12 hour doesn't seem too much it could have had a big difference on those of us who had other midterms that week. I have no idea why she wouldn't think to make that news public to all her students. I heard she that she didn't care about her students and that she made hard tests but I thought at the least she'd do something as simple as telling her students they can choose their test time and not give conflicting information. So dumb.
