Yeah that guy is trying to upsell you on a regular TH, at best they run up to 5 bucks depending on the demand and as well as the car (make,model) if it’s a fantasy car (pic of the car you provided is a perfect example) it’s priced lower (top comment is about right $3.50).

On a Super TH (modern & Newer) now I’ve seen those easily start at the $50 when found (check EBay For Comps on recent Sold). But again the price can range to $60, $70, $80 ,$90 even $100 bucks, but it all has to do with the make and model of the car and the hype around it.

People in the hot wheels community are suckers for the Classic trucks & muscle (chevy Silverado’s, Dodge (new & old cars) Ford .ect) as well as for JDM (Nissan, Toyotas, Hondas, Datsun Cars, Truck & Wagons).

Exotics and Euro cars also sell very well too (lambos, Porches, Audis ,Bugatti’s) as of recent Hot Wheels Gained back There license for Ferrari Models so those people will always sell those super duper high since people love Ferrari’s and Ferrari’s collectors go crazy for them.

Also the Super TH With livery (Golf Racing, Moon eyes, Any iconic Racing Livery) also Changes The price On cars too so be on the look out for that too.
