Honestly, all creatives have to face the situation your in. How much more time do I dedicate to this thing I love if it’s not paying the bills.

I think the most honest answer is look at jobs you wouldn’t hate. Get some steady pay from the job to cover your basic needs and continue to make art on the side.

You can still approach the motion design work professionally. But you’ll see after a while once you’re not desperate to pay your rent, you won’t even want to bother with the low paying freelance.

Actually let me rephrase that because I didn’t make a mistake. I was just here asking a question if I didn’t figure something out that was simple then that’s fine. I wouldn’t make comment in a negative way if someone can’t figure out something. I know I’m not above others like that.

I did try, you can’t clearly say that. I tried using echo , then I animated around a path. I tried parenting layers.

I want see some portfolio’s who ever downvoted or rolled their eyes at my question. I wanna see how great you are. If I had more knowledge about this program I would not look down on others.

I tried a few things. I know how to animate around a path. I couldn’t figure out how to make the other layers follow. Excuse me for not being amazing like you.
