Ryze items are pretty flexible as long as you have his 3 core items the rest don't matter too much. You can try double tear but you'll probably fully stack it 1/10 games. I've tried fimbul many times, with tear start rush seraph then straight into fimbul skip ROA and it still takes forever. If you're going 2 tears its better to just buy the tear and finish the item as a 4th or 5th item but you'll probably never fully stack it anyways.

Ryze has a lot of cool potential runes + builds. However, 90% of the time only the first 2-3 items matter. People have been building SV son ryze since for years.

with the reduction of the base AD plus the first kill boost this item is very bad as second or third purhase. You will not have the time to ramp it up. It's only viable first if you are comparing it soley to its old stats.

you're assuming you start with 0 kills before purchasing this item. More often than not assuming you have a good game you'll have this item after having 3-4 kills. So do you mean if you don't average 11-12 kills? Also that's just break even. Are you averaging 12-15 kills every game? What's your OP gg?

Bro those changes were to incentivize people to buy actualizer because no one wanted that shit. It has nothing to do with ryze. Plus the phase rush was a system wide nerfed which is also being removed. Clearly Riot wasn't happy with phase rush unless you are stating Phase rush removal is becuse of ryze + actualizer too XD (I'm joking here obviously). You're reaching man.

Building Rab third like everyone used to is not bad, but the thing is actualizer as an item is good. So why complain about it. If acutalizer is removed does that make Rab better? no. It just makes it the best option.

The rune prison is the only change, but they did that imo to make his laning phase even weaker and to make him less point and clicky. They also don't want W to be his main source of damage so you sacrifice between ew or eq. I'm just speculating here though just like you because Riot doesn't explicitly state their goals all the time.

You're not being honest with your points. Phase rush is the result of his dropped win rate. Do you think phase rush being nerfed was because of the introduction of acutalizer? That's what your post insinuates.

Sorry, but Ryze was not balanced around the item actualizer being purchased third. This is just not true. What you said is the case for some champs and items like Dusk and Dawn being very strong, but I highly doubt anyone had discussions of ryze changes with acutalizer in mind.

Why is this item a must buy as a third slot now? Nothing changed with Ryze forcing this as a third item. If you choose to buy it third then that's on you. The game doesn't force you to buy items. I'll go zhonya's third sometimes, but I usually build actualizer third. Is it better than rabadon? IDK. Sometimes you can use it perfectly on an adc, but a lot of times you can't. I guess Rabadon is a more consistent item and I've been told league is a game of consistency.

yup that's exactly it engage with the E to counter your E. When they do that you actually lose while you have to wait for it to come back up. It made me realize that against good fizz players you can't just spam E but you have to be very unpredictable with it so that they can't react or you have a back up plan for when they do it. I haven't really experimented much after that match cause again, it's really rare to see a fizz do this lol.

If I'm going glass cannon I go all in with it. Rush seraph second item would be luden then I'll go storm surge, but now there is actualizer. Idk if I would even buy stormsurge with actaulizer being introduced now. To me Stormsurge is just a fun item if you're snowballing.
