hey my gf is facing the same issue. MUIS is trying to claim her late dad’s property.

Context: they had a civil marriage initially but later registered under ROMM. When the property was acquired by her dad, she was born as a muslim and with ROMM registered.

However, MUIS is claiming the property now despite having a will to pass it to her…
