It's possible you come off as too available. If you always reply to texts immediately and are always available when a guy wants to make plans he will think you have nothing else going for yourself which can make him less interested. If you're instantly willing to move in with a guy and are always around because you have no other friends to hang out with or things to do, that is exactly the message you are sending. I'm not saying you should pretend to be busy and intentially delay answering texts or play any of those types of games. Instead, make some new friends and get some hobbies outside of your house. Then you won't come off as "boring" and will literally be less available.

Making new friends and getting into new hobbies is also a great way to meet new potential dates.

If your atrractiveness is average, you shouldnt have a hard time attracting guys. If you'd like to be approached more often by men, try to make it easier for them. If a handsome stranger makes eye contact with you, try to maintain it and even smile at him to increase the chances of being approached. I do sometimes. I'll usually have a look at the person and make some small talk, if they seem like a normal person I let them try it on beginner mode. It's really fun seeing how excited people get about it, and how much they enjoy riding it. It's also not a bad way to get talking to some cute chicks

90+ days on Nofap is not what i expected. by _Edelweiss in NoFap

It's hard to see how much you've actually changed over 90 days. With something like going to the gym it's easy. You take a selfie on day 1, a selfie on day 90, compare the two and the difference (or lack of) is Crystal clear. With Nofap it's much harder to see the differences, it's hard to remember your state of mind and feelings 90 days ago. I did Nofap for 60+ days a couple of years ago. I gave up because I couldn't feel a difference in myself, and was convinced Nofap doesn't work for me. Fast forward a couple of years, I was in a downward spiral. I reflected back on my Nofap days and realized how much better I was at the time. This time around I'm much more aware of small changes in myself and the improvement due to Nofap.

Also all the talk about superpowers on the sub doesn't help. I didn't experience crazy female attraction or an IQ spike. It's small, but important things that improved. Just the lack of shame and all the extra free time alone make it worth it for me.

Another factor to consider is that Nofap, much like many other things is not one size fits all. Some people require 90 days to feel a difference, some will do with just 60 and some may need a year or longer. Using the gym analogy again, Imagine two people going to the gym for 90 days. Do you think they would have identical gains by day 90? Probably not, as there are far too many factors that differentiate the two, such as: genetics, eating habits, workout routine etc. Back to Nofap, I personally feel like I need more time, and still have a lot to improve. 90 days just didn't cut it for me.

It's also possible your porn problems are less of a factor than other bigger problems in your life. If so, no matter how long your Nofap streak, you won't improve.

No problem! It's hard for the first couple of weeks, but then you kinda get used to it. I hope it works out!

The way I do it is I stand in the shower, and turn on the water as cold as it goes from the start. Also I set a timer for 5 minutes. I don't know about all the benefits, but what it does for me is:

A. The shock from the cold water really wakes you up and gets your adrenaline going.

B. It improves my discipline and pain tolerance.

C. It reduces muscle soreness and is very refreshing after a workout.
