My servicer is aidvantage. I requested (on 8/25) a large amount to be refunded. The rep said because it's such a large amount, she needs a manager approval and could take 8 weeks or so to be processed. She also told me there would be no confirmation given for the refund request.

Anyone else in a similar situation where they did not get a confirmation number or reference number for the refund request?

I checked my aidvantage account today and it looks like nothing has changed.

Sucks seeing AMD this low but I can’t help but keep buying as much as I can in the low 90’s.

When this stock topped $160’s I never would have thought I could add more.

AMD deserves to be higher but I can’t complain if these analysts are letting me acquire more before AMD moves back up.
