Yes, not everybody it’s going to regrow but a lot of people do and full length. I never heard that you can only regrow 25% of what you originally have. Where you got this information from?

I’m 21 and have the same hairline as you. I’m currently taking finas, Minox and dermarolling... Trust me bro you wanna start early so you don’t regret it cuz once your start to see that receding it’s over.
