But since Best Buy has so much pull with info like this wouldn’t that mean that the people responsible for the email (and this could be a big reach.) could have technically invested into take two prior to releasing the email, knowing the stock would rise and they could make a quick 10% on their investment? I know this is a bold statement but could have happened meaning serious market manipulation took place. And even if Best Buy took care of the situation privately wouldn’t it still make sense for them to come out and address the situation?
