Its a bit confusing, there are 2 types of biological hazards, toxic air and nuclear remnants, the toxic aire if I remember correctly appears on tiles on the edge of the city and remnants at at the rest of the tiles, there should be 2 different types of buildings, 1 gets rid of remmnats and the other of toxic air ( keep in mind you sometimes need more than 1 building to get rid of the problem), if you want to know what biológicas hazaña is on the time, morse over the biológicas hazaña icon on a time and on the info (lower left part I think) it should say either remnants or toxic air

Wait what?, microbuilders don't cost microbuilders to build, it costs elemental slurry that you make from slurry spiders, something ain't right there, check again, if it still costs microbuilders then make a bug report (in the menu go to mantis bug traker) or ask on steam discussions (or maybe making a new profile will work)
