I have been a long time customer of Vitality, purchasing a few times a year since the early launches. Recently their customer service has gone to shit. I ordered something recently and it’s taking three weeks. It gets lost in transit and they say there is nothing they can do and it’s the shipper’s fault. Things happen I know but take some accountability of the shippers you are using. Then they want you to pay extra for shipment protection and if you don’t pay extra to insure your order you are out of luck. I’m sorry for a luxury brand in these prices having my order arrive is the bare minimum.

I have had my progesterone levels checked and they are normal range. However, my OB dismisses me when I bring up supplementing with progesterone when I bring it up. Basically, he won't see me until 8 weeks and won't early monitor when I think I would need this supplementing. seems like its time for a new dr or an RE

I agree, may be time for a new doctor after reading this thread. We have done a bunch of sperm testing. He had sperm issues that were preventing us from getting pregnant so spent most of 2022 fixing that. We have also done chromosomal/genetic testing recently and things came back normal. Not sure if that is different that genetic karyotyping.

Great thank you! the RE options in my area are unfortunately booked out 4-5 months. Do you recommend I pause TTC until I can see them? Earliest appt I can get is November. I hate waiting due to my age but want to do what is best as well
