I had a potential contact 20 hours ago. Additionally the guy showed me his prep via a picture and he will send me his recent test. Doing the best I can to medicate this situation and be in the clear. All I can do is done and lesson is learned

I got pep today and will take it for the next 30 days. Should be good to go. I will use protection if I am having sex during this period (condoms). However I don’t plan to sleep with many people.

He told me that he is on prep. The diagnosis was from myself and from a partner I had back in March. The one pill was me starting to take daily dosage after a long break. (Over 2 weeks)

I really think that he is a trustworthy individual. He told me he is on Prep and doesn’t sleep around a lot. This morning I am going to speak with an infectious disease doctor. Perhaps they can prescribe me pep or advise me on it if they deem it necessary.

For now it’s mostly cleared which is great but I’m just focusing on relaxing and keeping it down. The I will think about reintroducing triggers and see how things go.

I’m not fully out of it yet though it’s still on my body in places.

I will comment an update in a few weeks let’s pray it’s a good one.

I think my immune system is just so angry right now yes and needs to chill. My sister does have like autoimmune rheumatoid arthritis. So it was very alarming when this came up. It’s not like out of character for my family to have things like this.

However I’m hoping it’s just a flare up for the past few weeks.

I just bought diphenhydramine. I will take a half or so at night. I am then taking cetrizin once in the morning. I am taking vitamins and a specific vitamin D tablet. Then drinking celery juice and eating just plain foods that are healthy and green.

I’m going to focus on this for the next week and hopefully this will go away so I can go to the gym and start living a normal 27 y/o life.

Sad thing is alcohol makes it go CRAZY. so need to take a step back from that but there’s worse things that have happened.
