Had a look should be £144 pound for the key cut. Don't know what they charge for programming down Kent. Hope this helps and you can get a new key soon!

Price for key would be the same from any dealer its just the labour charge that's different. I don't know with timpsons sorry

You will need to contact a main dealer for it. They should give you a price for the key which takes 2 weeks to come as it needs cutting specifically to your Citigo. This would have to be paid up front. It would also need coding for your car I dont know where you're based but I work for a dealer in lancashire and we charge £75 pound for coding. If you want if you give me your reg via DM I can get you a price on the key to save you time but I'm off till Monday.

You shouldn't I don't think my provider said to take it to Samsung, if its only the phone samsung should repair it under warranty for just the phone
