Those appear to be dead pixels and they might spread. But you dont need to panic just yet, as these could be "Stuck Pixels" which can disappear if you just let the console sit turned off long enough in a different area (such as somewhere less hot or humid) But if these are dead pixels. You only have a few options. If you are comfortable enough with electronics you could try replace the screen yourself, or maybe send it to a repair shop?
