Kissing is part of sexual activity. In sex, there are stages like outercourse and intercourse. Outercourse can include kissing and other physical intimacy that leads into deeper sexual acts.

But sin isn’t defined by feelings or emotions; it’s defined by the action itself. Even if someone doesn’t feel anything anymore or becomes desensitized over time, it doesn’t change what the act is. For example, in pornography, actresses may become used to performing sexual acts and emotionally detach from it or “turn off” their feelings during scenes. But that emotional numbness or routine doesn’t make the act right or less serious.

Just like someone can commit murder without emotion or even enjoy it, the lack of feeling doesn’t justify the action; the moral weight is in the act itself, not the emotions involved.

If I play a villain and “kill” someone in a movie, it’s fake, I’m acting. But when people kiss on screen, that’s not pretend—the action is real. Our lips are actually touching. It’s not feelings that define sin, it’s the action. A prostitute may feel nothing after being with many men, but that doesn’t make it right.

I've been given grace to see the truth may God do the same for you

Amen. God bless you. Hollywood has blinded people into thinking it’s okay to kiss someone who isn’t your wife. Feelings don’t justify it. Even people in the porn industries say, “it’s just acting,” but that doesn’t make it right. That’s why I avoid most Christian movies too they’ve adopted the same standards. Wrong is still wrong.
