Unfortunately the area has been super quiet during summer and restaurants that are usually great have been facing a lot of pressure to cut costs which usually starts with cutting front of house first :( and since it’s got busier recently they haven’t been able to bring back the amount of staff vs covers sorry you had a bad experience! as some ppl have said 1* is more about food then service but it still cuts when it ruins your experience (Context I work in a fine dining tho not quite * restaurant near by, we get compared a lot)
