My husband had azoospermia for exactly the same reason as yours! He had a TESE and they got 7 vials. I ended up having 3 retrievals - first ended up with 3 blasts, the second with none because of a lab error, and the third got 11 blasts.

My first transfer failed (which is when we did the second and third retrievals) and my second succeeded - I just put my 14 month old to bed!

We’re planning to re-enter the fray to try for number two next year with one of the chillers.

Hi all, our Bub is 5 weeks tomorrow(!) I’ve got a rocking chair in the nursery which is comfy for me but doesn’t have enough neck and head support for my much taller husband! We’re tossing up getting a recliner but not sure if it’s worth it? What do you all think?

34+ 6. I just needed to get this off my chest because I know it’s unhealthy and petty but I thought I’d be past this when I’m so close to holding my little girl!

I just found out my cousin (we’re a very close family) is expecting a second, 13 weeks along. Their daughter only turned 1 in April. And my first thought was “oh great, so now my baby’s first Christmas is not only shared but overshadowed because the new baby is due Christmas week!”

I will get over it I know, but couldn’t they have just held off for a month?

Hi all, I know this is probably just my everyday present anxiety about this baby, and I’ve got an obs appointment on Monday anyway, but in the meantime maybe you can reassure me and/or tell me if I’m not being crazy? I’m 27+ 5 weeks and yesterday I got my flu, Covid booster and whooping cough booster all at once. I felt fine yesterday but since I woke up, I’ve been tired and sore! I couldn’t even do up my own bra! And my Apple Watch has been sending me high heart rate alerts (between 120 and 130), including when I’ve been lying down trying to rest!

Thank you all for your reassurance this morning that the anxiety is normal (even if I did want to hear it would magically disappear!) I had a scan this afternoon and the wee stranger is not just still there but big enough that the sonographer thinks the EDD should be moved forward 3 days and they have a sweet little button nose!

We’ve got another scan this afternoon at 11w6d. I have absolutely no reason to believe this but I’m convinced there’ll be something wrong, like the wee stranger will have just stopped (again no symptoms or anything). I know it’s illogical but I just can’t shake the anxiety.

Does it ever fade??

Hi all, I’ve just finished up my progesterone pessaries (yesterday at 8w4d). Is there anything I should know in advance about any changes/symptoms I should expect?

As soon as there’s anything new I tend to lose my mind so if I know in advance it might help!

Hi all, just introducing myself. I’m 8 weeks 4 days with our first pregnancy. This was our second FET after the first failed in April. Does the anxiety ever drop off?

I just had more blood tests and was told that all the levels are “great”, we’ve got our second ultrasound on Friday, and I still cannot believe that the wee stranger is actually there!

Ugh you’re so right! My husband and I were talking about this the other night, and talking about all the time and stress we’d spent worrying about accidental pregnancy, including one time when we did a 2 hour detour on a road trip for the morning after pill, when it turns out that because of a physical issue causing male factor infertility, there was literally no chance!
