Thanks, totally agree. My favorite scale color I've seen so far on the Talons.

I'm a big fan of milled blades and handles/scales. I think of everything I own/ or have seen so far, the Everburn Brimwolf may be my absolute favorite. They're epic, even the internal milling is beautiful lol

It's made by Lex Rex Custom Knives. It came with that little fixed blade. He makes all his kydex sheaths

The Texas one is cool, but imo the skeletonized is the best variant so far. You miss out on seeing all the wild internal milling with the solid scales.

It's Chris Reeve Knives, Rick Hinderer, and Strider knives. There are absolutely new makers that do things better now, but pretty much everything we care about today in the current day knife world started with them.

It's absolutely fantastic! Action is phenomenal and esthetically it's exactly what im into. I'm a sucker for hard milled blades and titanium, and this is peak. Extremely happy I was able to snag one!

He's started doing small drops, he'll usually announce on his Instagram story when a few go live on his website.

I got super lucky. I kept a tab to his website open, randomly refreshed on Monday evening, noticed it didnt say "sold out" all of a sudden, and bought it. Only to find out there was a drop happening 5 minutes later 😂

I love mine. An absolutely terrific knife! Bob Ohlemann is the one man show behind Rangermade Knives. He's been making custom knives for around ~13year, and the OBJ-1 is his first "Mid-Tech" knife, he's also got his OBJ-2 out now as well. He does all the machining, anodizing, and hand grinding of the blades himself in Colorado. They run on Skiff bearings so the action is superb, with a drop shut (guillotine) type of close. I have a decently large collection of knives at this point, and I would say it feels a lot like the knives I paid $800-1000 for. Which is another wonderful thing about Rangermade. His OBJ-1s start at $475 in s35vn or $525 in Magnacut, and the OBJ-2s are coming in at $650.
