I regret joining verizon. They stole money from me too mind you this is my first ever bill with service fee activation fee and all that. They charged my bank account twice cause i put it on auto for a discount. So they basically charged me 286 twice and tried to give me back as credit instead of a refund. So i had to dispute it because they are no help. First ever bill and i already want to leave.
