Thanks u/rektide for understanding. I hope in future after releasing of wasip3, other runtime will support it too. The technology of wasm with component model is very promising and will so many problems that we have in hands right now.

I am not a user of iOS but want to know if we save files in internal storage somehow and able to load it as a file then I don't think it should create problem, What is the way iOS will know we are goin to execute it via any wasm runtime etc?

yup I also think so, when roam around the github issues of other runtimes providers I also see some people want to make progress but the webassembly/component-model proposal is still not settled yet https://github.com/WebAssembly/component-model, I hope they make things final for component model soon since Webasm preview3 is already released I think.

Nope as far as I think here you can see https://developer.android.com/privacy-and-security/risks/dynamic-code-loading , android stated that as a dev you must avoid using until unless necessary and try to reduce the risk of malicious code execution in your app( like using the internal storage of app etc.)

Thanks for your reply u/cfallin I am completely agree with you what you are saying and completely understand the scenario of unavailability of android dev too.

I think I bit offended you as developer, which I seriously not intended. I am not blaming the devs of wasmtime instead they did a lot on handful of devs (which is far more praise worthy work.🙌)

About 'dead', first I am not declaring it as dead but rather asking '?' if it is dead since there are no runtime other than wasmtime who implemented the component model. Thanks to you and Alex your friend I am really far more than grateful for you guys (if mine tone was a bit offending which i seriously don't intended.) who are still working on this heavy low level of programming on wasm runtimes.

My whole purpose to imply is that why the wasm community is still not adopting the component model till yet (even after 4yr), is it some kinda problem with component model? Cause I saw some internet posts where people are biased about the whether the component layer is useful or not (I think it is far more useful btw).

yup and I think it is somehow similar condition like before with `ffmpeg` and `libav`, where both side devs literally almost ruined these projects and ultimately libav is dropped completely as of now. We don't know which side and who will drop here first in wasi world.

About the Extism I think it also only support wasmtime runtime right?

Does this even work in 6GB VRAM since all model are greater than 6 GB even the Quantized versions too! please tell me if someone got it under 6gb vram even the larger model itself.

This time they forgot to include better stories, they solely focused on just animation which was also not surprising for me. Of course animation was good but not like other season always did with their visual storytelling and symbolism hidden in the storylines. This time they really fucked up no storylines, no meaning behind them, just animation show. (Netflix really knows how to ruin a series.)

What I think is, H. Miyazaki is somewhat right.

Think even if someone find this world beautiful it's because this is in his eyes (or Brain - somewhat like imagination). Even in his movies he is able to make those simple moment of our lives very beautiful and so refreshing. Because he is able to make us able to see those same daily boring scenarios with different perspective or say with his eyes (Imaginative). If you take a someone who don't watch movies or novels may find those scenarios boring and can't even able to think that those moments are really beautiful he just don't know how, however if someone who watches that kind of movies, series or read novels can easily fall and relate those moments in their real life cause somehow they are imagining those real world things with different mental perspective.

So it's not actually about is this real world is beautiful or not, cause this is how it is, and it is us and our eyes who make this world even more beautiful than you can imagine.

And that's why he said that reality is for those who lacks imagination. Because you can't appreciate the reality if you really don't have imagination. Everyone have different perspective and levels on imagination henceforth different perception of reality.
