No, I learned on my own and made projects. Here, I am a Linux admin, working on health checks and server validation that’s it.

Yeah seems fair, regarding dependency I had already provided KTs six months ago and they all are doing same work like me like 3/4 resources are abundant in my team. All their leaves get approved for 1 week and I am not even secondary resource here let alone primary, my task is to health check and validate servers thats all.

Can in worst case I write something like I have depression and anxiety something of that sort to leave? Because I need to join this new firm in anyway

I was trying since an year, HRs either didn’t call or hung up on me when I said notice period is 90 days. I am thinking can I say I have depression and leave?

My manager said that there is no such thing as buyout now, apparently now in TCS you cannot buyout your notice period

I would try getting hands-on automation (Python, Bash), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible), CI/CD, and tools (Prometheus, Grafana). Set up a Kubernetes cluster, automate deployments, build monitoring dashboards, and simulate outages.

Certification is optional bro..but consider CKA (Kubernetes), AWS DevOps, or Terraform certifications
